This six story, 52,000 square foot luxury Class “A” office project is located on Harrison Street just West of Young Circle in the Downtown Redevelopment District of Hollywood, Florida.

This retro design infill project truly presented its challenges.  On its 10,000 square feet site, the Harrison Office Center was built right up to an adjacent three story office to the West and a one story retail office to the East.  The structure includes deep foundations with auger cast piling, pile caps and pre-stressed concrete joist floor systems.  In addition the building includes a pedestrian walkway bridge from the Executive Center into the city owned parking garage to the South.
