JJW Construction, Inc. was chosen by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to build their Headquarter Office Building Complex in Hollywood, FL.

The 90,000 S.F. office structure consists of a pre-stress joist floor slab system and steel bar joist roof systems with infill structural masonry walls.

JJW completed all of the interior office build out, sophisticated security and energy management systems and the extensive millwork throughout the offices and chambers.  The complex also includes a sculptured entry fountain, theater seating and a roof top heliport.
