With the completion of the Hyatt Place Lake Mary, JJW Construction, Inc. has now completed 23 new hotel developments throughout Florida.
This four story 128 room hotel was constructed by JJW Construction’s skilled self- performing concrete operations, utilizing its own inventory of Outinord tunnel forms. This forming system which JJW Construction has utilized constructing several hotels provides for cast in place demising walls between each suite as they are cast monolithically with the floor slab above.
The suite M.E.P. rough-ins are placed inside of the formed walls before the concrete is poured. The concrete walls are then pointed up and an acrylic textured finish is applied directly to the concrete wall. This provides for a superior sound transmission rating along with a very rigid sustainable structure.
This project was one of the first ground up Hyatt Place Hotel Developments and one of several projects JJW completed for Sunshine Hotel Group, LLC.
